Frequently asked questions

Can you staff a villa I booked outside of CLS?

Yes. In-villa staffing can be added to any private villa or apartment in Medellín or Cartagena, whether or not you booked the stay through us.

Do you provide a private chef for a single meal or the whole trip?

Both. Book a private chef for one dinner, daily meals throughout your stay, or a single large event. Menus are built around your group and dietary needs.

Is housekeeping included with a villa rental?

Daily housekeeping can be added to any stay. We coordinate a schedule that fits around your plans so the villa is always ready when you return.

Can you stock the villa before we arrive?

Yes. Share your preferences and we'll have the kitchen and bar fully stocked, with spirits, groceries, snacks and specialty items ready before you land.

How far in advance should we request in-villa services?

48-72 hours is usually enough, though popular dates and larger staffing requests (multi-day chef service, full event production) are best confirmed 1-2 weeks ahead.

Are the staff vetted and English-speaking?

Yes. Every chef, butler, therapist and support staff member is vetted and experienced in luxury hospitality, with English-speaking staff available on request.
